Jack Zetkulic - Principal
Jack Zetkulic is a foreign affairs professional with expertise in diplomatic and interagency leadership training, institutional capacity building, and foreign policy management.
Mr. Zetkulic came to Good Harbor from the State Department, where he was a Senior Foreign Service Officer with the rank of Counselor. His overseas assignments included postings as Deputy Chief of Mission or Charge d' Affaires in Belgrade, Sarajevo, and Bern. He also served in Warsaw, Munich, Stockholm, and Guangzhou. In Washington, he served in the Intelligence and Research Bureau, in the Politico-Military Affairs Bureau, and in the European Bureau, including as Coordinator of the Balkan Action Team and as Kosovo Task Force Director. He also has served as Executive Director of the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training. Most recently, he was Director of Policy Leadership at the Foreign Service Institute.
Mr. Zetkulic's awards include a Superior Honor award for his works as a member of the negotiating team at the Dayton Talks that ended the war in Bosnia. He also received a Superior Honor Award for helping to build democracy in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union when seconded to the O.S.C.E to establish, in Warsaw, the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
Mr. Zetkulic is an honors graduate in history and diplomacy of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
