Stacy Simpson - Director

Stacy is a director at Good Harbor Consulting specializing in supporting the communications and marketing needs of its U.S. clients. She has more than eight years of experience designing, managing and implementing public relations campaigns for clients in the information security and critical infrastructure protection industries.

Previously, Ms. Simpson led the Security Practice for technology public relations firm Merritt Group. In that role, she developed and managed communications activities for numerous information security industry leaders including Check Point Software Technologies, Qualys, Secure Computing, SPI Dynamics and Pointsec Mobile Technologies. Ms. Simpson also led communications activities for the Cyber Security Industry Alliance, the public policy association representing the information security industry in Washington and Brussels. Prior to joining Merritt Group, she spent more than three years at FitzGerald Communications where she managed most of the firm's security-related business.

Given her specialized experience in the security industry, Ms. Simpson is extremely knowledgeable on its related technologies and policy issues. She uses this expertise to help corporations and industry groups design strategic communications programs, develop impactful corporate and product positioning and messaging, and create compelling content.

Ms. Simpson began her career at Waterford Public Relations where she managed media programs and grassroots outreach campaigns for clients in the real estate and health care industries. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations/Advertising from Penn State University.
