Sean Leech - Managing Principal

Sean Leech is a specialist in strategic and operational multi-national team management with special knowledge of capacity building, capability development, and business and program development. He has over 20 years experience working in the security sector, including federal law enforcement, transport security and risk management. Mr. Leech joined Good Harbor consulting in 2008 as the UAE Business Unit Managing Principal.

Prior to joining Good Harbor, Mr. Leech was the Regional Operations Manager, Middle East and North Africa, for a private international security firm, establishing and leading security programs and projects in multiple countries. These projects included transport security, diplomatic protection, physical security and risk management.

Mr. Leech also served almost 17 years with the Australian Federal Police, leading specialist tactical teams, protective security details and investigations, as well as working on international peacekeeping and security operations. He worked for the Australian Transport Security regulator as Director of Security Technology Strategies, managing critical projects related to technology development and integration into national transport security programs.

He holds a Master of Management degree, focusing on Public Policy Administration in security and law enforcement, from Australia's Graduate School of Policing. He also holds Associate Degrees in Policing and Security and Risk Management and has a formal international (UN) Aviation Security (AVSEC) management certification.
