Robert Law - Principal
Robert Law specializes in acquisitions and administering and managing contracts. He has over 25 years experience in federal acquisition management, federal contract policy development, logistics, financial management, and national and international business development. Prior to joining Good Harbor, Mr. Law worked at Scitor Corporation, managing contracts for the intelligence community in the Defense Department. He has also managed and directed military procurement offices responsible for acquisitions involving research and development, industrial plant equipment, and information technology systems.
Mr. Law served as Director for Business Development, Office of the Secretary of the Navy. He also established and managed a profitable international business development company. He has introduced, developed and implemented performance-based service contracts to the National Reconnaissance Office, resulting in the successful transition of ongoing requirements to performance-based contracts.
Mr. Law holds an M.S. in Acquisition Contract Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida State University. He is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and certified ISO-9000 Lead Auditor. He received NCMA's Charles J. Delaney Award for authoring the article, “Coming Full Circle” (Contract Management, December 2001), a commentary on performance-based contracting.
