Iain Henson - Director

Iain Henson specializes in strategy, finance, logistics and security. His career accomplishments include success in security projects as well as logistical and financial management. He is a Director at Good Harbor.

Prior to joining Good Harbor, Mr. Henson served as a country logistics and finance manager with the Private Security Company Association of Iraq (PSCAI), a non-profit organization that works with the security industry, Government of Iraq and Coalition Forces. With PSCAI, he also served as deputy country manager for the private security industry and as treasurer. He was instrumental in setting company policy and standard operating procedure for country operations, working closely with the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of State, U.S. Marshall's Office and the Iraqi Government.

Before working in Iraq, Mr. Henson was the Afghanistan Country Security Manager for a demining and security company. He supported the National Democratic Institute in Kabul, Afghanistan, where he planned, initiated and led a Close Protection operation. In addition to establishing, maintaining and reviewing strategies, procedures and financial human resources, Mr. Henson planned and executed training for personnel prior to deployment.

Mr. Henson has served as a business consultant to a South African restaurant franchise, and as the owner and managing director of Tribe International Ltd., a risk assessment and protection firm in the United Kingdom. He was also the company secretary of Individual Defense Systems Group, responsible for, among other tasks, legal matters, accounts production and company administration.

Mr. Henson is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and is a recipient of the United Nations and General Service Medals. He has extensive training in management accounting, project management, critical incident management, information technology management, and close and personal protection.
