Vincent M. Hampton SR. - Director

Vincent M. Hampton Sr. is the Director of Operations overseeing Good Harbor Consulting operations in the United Arab Emirates. He has extensive international experience via service as an American diplomat assigned to the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi and via liaison with foreign ministries, embassies, consulates, military forces, governments and both American and foreign private companies. Mr. Hampton is a veteran in the U.A.E. and previously served as Chief Information Officer for the U.S. Liaison Office, American Embassy, Abu Dhabi, representing U.S. Government and Department of Defense interests and acting as liaison in public and private forums related to technology employment, program oversight, operations and personnel management in support of Foreign Military Sales and military interoperability.

Mr. Hampton served in the U.S. Air Force for over 25 years in a variety of operations, management and information technology positions. His service highlights include service as a member of the Air Force Honor Guard, Chief Information Officer, Information Security Officer and Information Management Officer. Mr. Hampton is a veteran Department of Defense trained communications expert and has designed and implemented fully accredited secure network systems and was solely responsible for implementing battle tracking software, validating secure communications and managing an information technology team that maintained inter-agency connectivity between United States and multinational forces during steady state and mobile operations directly in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM. A decorated combat veteran, Mr. Hampton is credited with being the deepest deployed secure communications expert in the Air Force during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and served as part of the 101st Airborne “Air Assault” Division where he recently received the Air Force Combat Action Medal. In service and support of the U.S. Department of State, Mr. Hampton designed and directed all U.S. Liaison Office communication operations for the 2007 Dubai Air Show to include a high tempo secure command center responsible for 17 American Aircraft and over 325 U.S. distinguished visitors and military personnel. In his capacity as Information Management Officer for the U.S. Liaison office, he served as the Department of Defense communications operational lead in support of Eagle Resolve 2007 and the Abu Dhabi International Defense Exhibition (IDEX).

Mr. Hampton specializes in operations, personnel management, information technology, Local Area Network (LAN) management and information security (INFOSEC) and is an expert in secure communications and team building. He has written master training plans for communication, Help Desk and support operations, served as Master Training Officer for Information Management personnel, Functional Manager/Career Field Manager and served as a Joint Defense Department Foreign Liaison in the United Arab Emirates. As a liaison he strengthened international relations, planned and managed all communications, personnel, and information management processes for a Joint Security Assistance Organization responsible for 42 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases valued at over $2.6 billion. As an operational expert Mr. Hampton also directed a full spectrum of Information Management and additional duties that included Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, records management, publications and forms management, Annual evaluations and Leave accounting.

Mr. Hampton is a Graduate of the Air Force Recruiter Training Course in San Antonio Texas, studied Technical Management at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, holds a degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Information Resource Management, a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education and a Bachelors of Science in Management with Honors with a specialization in Information Resource Management from Wayland Baptist University.
