Ms. Gonzalez's service with CFIUS also included participation in various high-profile investigations relating to acquisitions of critical U.S. infrastructure by foreign firms. Ms. Gonzalez has also worked as a legal analyst at a leading global law firm specializing in bankruptcy, business restructuring, and complex business litigation matters.
