Glenn P. Aga - Senior Advisor

Glenn P. Aga is a Senior Advisor at Good Harbor Consulting advising on domestic and international business operations. Mr. Aga is a multi-industry professional security and intelligence consultant advising U.S. government, foreign government, and corporate clients on a range of issues including corporate security risk management, information security technology, and emergency and crisis management.

Mr. Aga is a former U.S. Air Force intelligence officer with overseas crisis experience in the Middle East, Africa, and Balkans. He also served in the White House as a Military Social Aide, the National Reconnaissance Office, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research. Functionally, he has supported and applied technology for counter-terrorism operations, United Nations peacekeeping operations, and served as an all-source intelligence analyst on global chemical and biological weapons capabilities.

Following his military service, Mr. Aga joined the corporate world, first as Director of Middle East and North Africa business affairs in over 25 countries for ORBCOMM, a satellite communications company. Then, he spent four years at Oracle Corporation (ORCL). While at Oracle, he developed a highly successful consulting practice focusing on space and intelligence systems security for major defense industry corporations in the Western United States.

Mr. Aga is a former Public Safety Commissioner in Orange County, California, where he advised local government leaders on first responder, emergency preparedness, and crisis management issues. In this capacity, he advised U.S. Department of Homeland Security Lessons Learned Advisory Council from 2004-2006.

Mr. Aga holds a B.A. in International Relations from the American University's School of International Service in Washington, D.C. He obtained concentrations in Contemporary Middle Eastern Politics and Economics. He has returned as a guest lecturer at the School of International Service on intelligence policy, and has also studied at the U.S. Foreign Service Institute. In 2004, Mr. Aga contributed to the Century Foundation book, Defeating the Jihadists.
