Urban Planning
The Good Harbor team of security master planners brings safety, security and emergency management strategy to urban planning from the city-level all the way down to individual buildings. They help our clients guard against potential dangers ranging from terrorism and state-sponsored threats to natural disasters and demographic shifts. Our team of experts has lifetimes of field experience to offer, applying the full spectrum of Good Harbor risk-mitigation practices to every situation. Good Harbor creates Security Master Plans (SMPs) for our clients that catalogue the threat environment and categorize a client's assets to create a thorough vulnerability assessment and consequence analysis. We then establish the client's risk appetite as well as their safety and security philosophy. From there, we build a strategy around the core philosophy of prevention and protection to forestall crisis situations from occurring, but which also includes full emergency management response and recovery planning in the case of any possible event.
