Position Openings
Good Harbor is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in aviation security. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a related field, 5 or more years work experience including overseas experience, particularly in the Middle East (GCC), and be prepared to personally commit to living in Arabian Gulf. They will have experience in building critical relationships, in project management and have been exposed to safety and security issues at the policy level. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communications skills are required as well as the ability to work both independently with little guidance and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years related experience in aviation security
- Extensive knowledge of ICAO and other international security standards
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team oriented environment
DESIRED SKILLS and INTERESTS
- Advanced degree in a security / risk / emergency preparedness related field
- Arabic language to a functional level
- Budget management experience
- Project management experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze federal and emirate aviation security requirements
- Support strategic civil aviation security planning
- Advise on international civil aviation security compliance
- Assist in integration of existing UAE programs into support to civil aviation security programs
- Support business development for aviation security programs
- Advise on aviation security provider quality control program
- Provide strategic oversight for security providers
- Provide technical advisory services on aviation security
